Angıt Göleti Project
The Angıt Pond project, which aims to revitalize natural habitat within the city, offers a modern, peaceful, and accessible recreation center with recreational areas, social activities, and ecological planning. Its structure, which supports natural life, adds value to both the ecosystem and social life of the region.
Approximately 7,000 square meters of this area has been designed as an ecological pond and will be opened to the public with cafés, walking paths, bicycle routes, rest and viewing areas, a watermill, children’s playgrounds, and various social activity spots. It is planned as a versatile project that embraces nature and appeals to all age groups. In addition, the surroundings of the pond will once again become a natural habitat for many species of wild birds, especially ruddy shelducks, just as it was in the past.
